== Workplace Violence Prevention Program ==

The company will implement the following measures to prevent workplace violence:

* Worksite Assessments We will conduct periodic inspections to identify and evaluate workplace violence hazards. This will include inspections:
** When the plan is first set up.
** Periodically scheduled.
** After violent incidents.
** Whenever a new hazard becomes known.

* Hazard Correction - We will take timely steps to correct any workplace violence hazards identified during inspections.

* Training - We will provide all employees with training on workplace violence prevention. The training will include:
** Recognition and reporting of workplace violence
** De-escalation techniques
** The company's workplace violence prevention plan
