The company will have procedures in place to respond to workplace violence incidents. These procedures will include:

* Investigation - The company will investigate all reported workplace violence incidents.
* Post-Incident - Support The company will provide support to employees who have been affected by workplace violence, such as counseling or employee assistance programs.
