NOTICE:
This is proposed legislation and as not been voted on or approved into regulations yet.

The purpose and scope of the Labor Reform Act is to establish the following.

Establish a standard payment scale and schedule for all employees.
Establish a standard job description for all employees.
Prevent abuse of any one section and promote the availability and effective range of individual employees

Correct erroneous pay amounts in the payroll system while also establishing a fair and livable wage for all employees.

The following job titles and their descriptions are available, along with current pay rate for said job title.
