Purpose and Scope
The purpose and scope of the Labor Reform Act is to establish the following.
- Establish a standard payment scale and schedule for all employees.
- Establish a standard job description for all employees.
- Prevent abuse of any one section and promote the availability and effective range of individual employees
Reason for Changes
Correct erroneous pay amounts in the payroll system while also establishing a fair and livable wage for all employees.
