== Purpose ==

This policy establishes the uniform requirements for all employees of [Tech Stop], a Security and IT company. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all employees are dressed in a professional and uniform manner while on duty. This will help to create a positive and unified image for the company and its employees.

== Scope ==

This policy applies to all employees of [tech Stop], regardless of their position or department. All employees are required to wear the prescribed uniform while on duty.

== Uniform Requirements ==

The uniform for [Tech Stop] employees consists of the following:

* Shirt: A black button-down, tactical, or collared polo shirt with the company badge, patch, and name embroidered on the shirt. IT may wear any solid color collared polo or button-down shirt with no logos or designs.
* Pants: Black dress pants or BDUs.
* Skirt or dress: Black skirt or dress that is at least knee-length.
* Shoes: Black or AR 670-1 compliant dress shoes or boots.
* Belt: A black leather, basketweave, or AR 670-1 compliant belt.
* Necktie or scarf: A black necktie or scarf (optional for men and women).
* Credentials: All required licenses, certificates, identification, and credentials must be on the employee's person at all times while on duty.

Uniform shirts will be provided to all new employees upon hire. Employees are responsible for maintaining and cleaning their uniforms. Uniforms must be clean and wrinkle-free at all times. Any damaged or lost uniforms must be replaced by the employee.

== Exceptions ==

The following exceptions to the uniform policy may be granted on a case-by-case basis by the employee's supervisor:

* Employees who work in certain departments, such as Fire, EMR, or maintenance, may be required to wear a different type of uniform for safety reasons.
* Employees who are attending a religious or cultural event may be permitted to wear their religious or cultural garb.
* Employees who are pregnant or have a medical condition may be permitted to wear modified uniforms or clothing that is more comfortable for them.

Employees who fail to comply with this uniform policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
