REGULAR PAYDAYS FOR EMPLOYEES OF TECH STOP SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Non-exempt employees paid on an hourly basis have their pay deposited in their bank account weekly on Saturdays (52 pay periods/year).
  • Exempt employees, who are paid a salary, have their pay deposited on a weekly schedule, on Saturdays (52 pay periods/year).

In the event the regular payment date falls on a Sunday or holiday, payment is made on the next banking business day.

Direct Deposit Notice: Some banks do not support real-time payments, these payments will appear on the affected employee's account on the next banking business day.

THIS IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 204, 204A, 204B, 205, AND 205.5 OF THE CALIFORNIA LABOR CODE
